Mention your strengths and highlight your experience to catch the recruiter’s eye.

For example, a freshman could write: I believe teaching is something beyond just covering syllabus, conducting tests, writing report cards and holding parents - teachers meet. Having specialized in child psychology and being a part of the syllabus designing committee of my university during my Master’s course, I feel the most important thing to develop a child’s brain and attitude towards learning that he is exposed to the scientific and technical things associated with the theories rather than mugging it up for examinations and get certain grades. Seeing your job description in the advertisement for the position of high school Mathematics teacher, I felt I have the attitude to contribute to the students, and it will be an honor to be associated with your reputed chain of schools.

Similarly, an experienced professional could write: Being in the teaching field for four and a half years now, I feel Science is a subject to be taught outdoors, outside the classrooms and experiment the different theories in laboratories and allow each student to discover what amuses them.
