What is resume?

Answer: Resume is weapons for job-hunter. A resume is brief description of your skill and experience relevant to your job.

An attractive resume will increase your chances of getting a job interview. Writing a resume is more challenging task. You have to work hard on every keywords to clearly describe your goalss, skills, strengths and most importantly your resume objectives statement.

What is resume objective ?

Resume Objective – Resume objective shows your skills and experience you have. Objective in resume is a short statement that should tell the employer why he or she should hire you.
Before writing a resume you asked some questions yourself -

What type of work do you want?

What are your main skills?

How will you be an asset to a company who hires you?



Need of Resume Objective

Often candidate think about use of a resume objective. when it is clear that the intention is to get a job!

Resume Objective introduced your resume

The objective tells about your skill, experience and your goal. It is medium of you and the company. The employers are hiring you and you will have to spend half of your day in the office. You need to do your bit in finding out about the employer apart from just taking up the opportunity to apply for the job after going through some advertisement.
Create first Impression of Your Resume
Actually the employer have no more time to visit your whole resume. They are looking for what you have achieved through past experience. The employer have interested in what you can do for their organization. Before the employer actually goes through the resume why not make him interested and attract him into sticking to your resume for a few minutes? You never know it might influence him to call you for the interview.

Use of Resume Objective

The use of putting a resume objective is to see the candidate's conviction in getting the job and the things he or she highlights in those two lines. A lot can actually be gathered about the candidate and their seriousness in the job. Ideally, it should contain some information about the company that inspired you to apply for a job there and try to convince to employer by stating what you expect and what you can offer.

The employer is interested to know the reason of a candidate coming to them. So it makes sense to tell them what you have found out about the company that is motivating you to apply. At the same time, it helps to show that you are capable and also to talk about your strengths that they can use.
